Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using our software, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our software.

License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use our software for your internal business purposes only.

User Accounts: In order to use our software, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Data Security: We are ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified. We take reasonable steps to protect your data and maintain the security of our software.

Confidentiality: We will keep all information and data you provide to us confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services to you.

Intellectual Property: We own all rights, title, and interest in our software, including all intellectual property rights. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our software without our prior written consent.

Acceptable Use: You agree to use our software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use our software in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

Use of Software: Our software is intended for use by individuals and organizations for managing their workforce productivity. You agree to use our software for lawful purposes and not to use it to engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities.

Third-Party Services: Our software may integrate with third-party services, such as cloud storage providers. Your use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party provider.

Subscription and Payment: Our software is subscription-based, and you agree to pay the subscription fees as outlined in the pricing plan you select. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in account suspension or termination.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our software or your violation of these terms and conditions.

Termination: We may terminate your access to our software at any time for any reason. You may also terminate your use of our software at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Data Retention and Subscription Expiry Policy

  1. Data Retention During Active Subscription
    • Screenshots (if the service is subscribed) are retained on our servers for 45 days.
    • Other reports, such as attendance, logs, and activity records, are retained for 90 days.
  2. Data Removal Upon Subscription Expiry
    • Upon subscription expiry, all captured screenshots are immediately removed from our servers due to their sensitive nature and associated storage costs.
    • Other reports, including attendance and logs, are retained for an additional 15 days post-expiry, after which they are permanently deleted from our servers.
  3. Customer Responsibility
    • It is the customer's responsibility to download all necessary screenshots, logs, and reports from the console before the subscription expiry date.
    • TeamOB provides adequate notice to customers with a 30-day prior notification via the login console and dashboard, prompting them to renew the subscription to avoid any interruption in service and ensure continued access to their data.
  4. No Liability Post-Expiry
    • TeamOB is not liable for any claims or loss of data once the subscription has expired and the retention period (as specified above) has elapsed.
    • Customers are strongly advised to proactively download their data during the active subscription period or the grace retention period post-expiry.


Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
